Hasegawa Pacific Fleets F-14 Tomcat 1/72nd Scale
Two reasons really for doing this, first was for me, second was to annoy some trophy hunter at my local club. The 'PB' tail flash is completely fake as is the ship name. This person moaned constantly if his one didn't win in it's class coz his was more accurate since he had this or that upgrade or added this or that detail etc and nitpicked to beyond the Nth degree. So I did this model, strolled down the club, slapped it in the 1/72nd class and walked away with best in show. Later I let on about this to the core group who found it highly amusing and for a few years the running joke was to loudly ask if the markings are accurate on anything I take down there regardless of what it was subject wise.
