I got me bits-o-boombox...
With Much Fiddling About To Be Done!
So to the paintwork thing.
Primer white and ivory with a smidgen of matt earth and black for the cassette.
Alclad aluminium for the front casing, primer grey for the rear.

Gloss black for the switches and other parts.
Some nice acrylic silver for a few bits and various grey's on others with the dark grey wash dept. getting a look in.
A spot or two of silver for the screw heads,
a touch of red and yellow where required and of course the DIY decals where needed.
A good going over with matt varnish where required and sorted!













Some appropriate material for the large speaker covers.
Namely some 40 denier pop sock fabric stretched and glued..

Then the assembly fun and games with the look see to finish...And me bloody likey what me see!







The carry handle does work as it should.

And 1/1 scale modelers hand...

And that me be well happy with!

So next up i'll be in need of a correct scale Battlestar Galactica TOS Colonial Blaster,
A Zemeckis Cube and one Holy Hand grenade...

It will all make sense in the end, promise!
